Rob supports the team and works closely with Jeff and Kate to ensure our clients have financial goals and plans that are adapted to their individualized needs.

Prior to joining Kooman & Associates, Rob spent 25 years coaching college basketball at Saint Francis University (SFU) in Loretto, Pennsylvania. He served as head coach of the Red Flash men’s basketball team during his last 13 years at SFU and ranks second all-time in the program’s history with 171 head coaching victories. He was named the Northeast Conference’s Coach-of-the-Year for the 2018-2019 season, and led his team to an NEC Tournament championship and appearance in the NCAA Division I Tournament in 2024-2025.

A native of State College, Rob graduated from Saint Francis in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education/History with a Pre-Law Concentration. He earned a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from SFU in 2003.

Rob resides in Duncansville with his wife, Aileen, and his two sons, Alex and Thomas. He enjoys running, gardening, and spending time with his family.
