Stacy is methodical, precise and detail-driven – making her the perfect person to head up our client service operations team. She sets the tone for each client’s experience and is tenacious when it comes to tracking down answers to client questions and concerns. She does this by listening to clients to uncover what they want to accomplish, handling the details for them, and helping them coordinate account activities.
Stacy tackles complicated client service requests and is frequently on the phone or elbow-deep in paperwork to advance client issues. Her attention to detail and organization makes our entire firm better, and the team relies on Stacy to navigate our sophisticated software and back-office systems to solve problems and clarify information for clients.
Stacy has a laser focus with client service issues, whether she’s processing important paperwork or developing new systems to streamline our processes. She considers efficiency, thoroughness and accountability traits that are integral to her work, as she oversees day-to-day operations and implements process improvements.
Licensed to handle financial transactions, Stacy holds the Series 66 license as well as a Pennsylvania insurance license. She is also a graduate of Mount Aloysius College, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Stacy and her husband, Troy, live in Duncansville with their son, Dylan, and daughter, Jenna. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, sporting events with her family, and volunteering actively in the community and at her children’s schools, participating in a previous playground improvement project.
